In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Booking and Payment Process
- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or directly at our King's Lynn office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The total payment, along with a security deposit, is usually required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as applicable. 4. Car Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any hazardous maneuvers. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without proper permission is also not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions

Our total liability for any claims is capped at the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months.
